术语及定义
a) 分辨率resolution
除锯齿外,可分辨精细图案的极限。以画面每单位高度的条数来表示。
b) 锯齿aliasing
分辨率测试卡采样频率小于图像信号最高频率的2倍时,在采样频率的高次谐波附近会产生带波重叠的噪音。

1. ISO12233分辨率测试卡
本标准以12233为基础,测试图表也直接利用ISO12233用图表。ISO图表中包含各种样式,本标准(视觉分辨率)主要使用其中的水平方向J1、K1;垂直方向的J2、K2;倾斜45度方向的JD、KD等样式。
使用ISO图表时,不一定直接使用该图表。也可以剪出必须的部分,并经过重新拼接排列后使用。
2. ISO图表中所记载数字的含义
分辨率测试卡摄影时让图表的有效高度正好占满画面,图案的数字*100即为画面中每单位高度的条数.拍摄时不一定要让有效高度占满整个画面,但此时需要进行标定.
3. ISO图表以外的图表
也可自己制作并使用与ISO图表相同的图表。此时必须满足ISO12233中规定的如下事项。
a) 白底部分的反射率Rmax与大面积黑色部分的反射率Rmin之比为80>Rmax>Rmin>40。
b) 各个图案的位置精度相对所规定位置为0.2mm(画面高度的+-0.1%)。
c) 线宽为+-5%。
d) 双曲线图案K1、K2的最细部分(的白色部分和黑色部分)的反射率比Rmax/Rmin为18以上。但这仅为“推荐”水平(ISO12233的AnnexB)。
也可使用透射型图卡。此时上述项目的反射率应解释成透过率。使用透过型图卡时,用扩散光进行照明。分辨率测试卡无论是反射型还是透射型,评估用图卡必须呈中性分光特性。

SFR测试必须用软件测试,频率线测试用肉眼观察即可,这里主要说明一下楔形线测试。
